At Card Margin, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our UK delivery options, timescales, and what to expect.
Delivery Options
Free UK Delivery on all orders, simple.
Order Processing
• Subscriptions are processed on the 1st of each month (excluding Bank Holidays) or once any associated payments have cleared.
• Once processed, these orders will be shipped within 5 working days.
• During busy periods (e.g. holidays or sales), dispatch may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.
• All other purchases will follow the same timescales, posted within 5 working days of your order. Bear in mind our primary shipping days fall between Wednesday and Friday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD and others to ensure reliable and safe delivery.
Missed Delivery
If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. You can also manage your delivery preferences through the tracking link.
Delivery Restrictions
• We currently only deliver within the UK (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands), but are happy to discuss international options on a case by case basis, just get in touch.
• Some remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
