Delivery Options

Free UK Delivery on all orders, simple.

Every order is sent either 24-hour tracked or Special Delivery, so it’s tracked all the way to your door.

Shipping Days

We ship orders on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Order by 11am on a shipping day and it goes out the same day. Orders placed after 11am, or on any other day, go out on the next shipping day.

During busy periods (e.g. holidays or sales), dispatch may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Missed Delivery

If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. You can also manage your delivery preferences through the tracking link.

Delivery Restrictions

• We currently only deliver within the UK (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands), but are happy to discuss international options on a case by case basis, just get in touch.

• Some remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
