Q - Why can't I purchase a subscription?
A - Subscriptions are reserved for trade accounts. Simply register for an account and we'll be in touch!
Q - How do you value the cards you include in your Essentials subscription?
A - We use eBay sold averages to ensure your overall subscription value far exceeds the cost you pay each month.
Q - What if I don't want to sign-up to a monthly plan?
A - We might not be for you. Understanding volume helps us find better sourcing deals for our repeat customers.
Q - Why is there a waiting list?
A - We apply limits to the number of businesses we work with to ensure we are able to sustain the product and the quality. This will scale overtime, and those at the top of the list will be offered a place as and when spaces increase.
Q - When will I receive my order?
A - Automatic payments are taken on the 1st of each month, once cleared we build products to order and ship within 5 business days.
Q - Can I order more than one subscription?
A - When you are accepted on a trade account you'll be told which product you have been authorised for. In future, you may be eligible for an upgrade on that product as and when it becomes available, and will also have priority on other subscription options as they are launched.
Q - What are offers?
A - Account holders may also have the option to purchase one-off bundles from the websites 'Offers' category. These are ad-hoc, and available on a first come first serve basis. The best way to keep up to date is to join the mailing list where we will update all account holders with details of upcoming offers due to hit the website.
Q - If I purchase an offer, when will I receive it?
A - Generally speaking, any additional products purchased will be added to your subscription box each month and shipped out altogether. This keeps it cleaner for us, so we can spend more of our time sourcing and organising your products ready for the beginning of each new month, and allows us to work with you on the required volumes to help your continued growth.
